Sharing Skin Care Tips (SSCT) : What is Facial Cleansing ?

Facial cleansing -> Face cleanser "Wash your face" The first step of Skin care , There many type of cleansing, A popular type of cleanser is a facial care product that is used to remove make-up, dead skin cells, oil, dirt, and other types of pollutants from the skin of the face. This helps to unclog pores and prevent skin conditions such as acne.

Many people use a cleanser once or more times a day as part of their skin care regimen together with a toner and moisturizer.

Using a cleanser to remove dirt is considered to be a better alternative to bar soap or another form of skin cleanser not specifically formulated for the face for the following reasons:

Bar soap has a high pH (in the area of 9 to 10), and the skin's surface pH is on average, This means that soap can change the balance present in the skin to favor the overgrowth of some types of bacteria, increasing acne.
Bar cleansers in general, soap or not, have thickeners that allow them to assume a bar shape can clog pores, leading to acne.
Using bar soap on the face can remove natural oils from the skin that form a barrier against water loss. This causes the sebaceous glands to subsequently overproduce oil, a condition known as reactive seborrhoea, which will lead to clogged pores. In order to prevent drying out the skin, many cleansers incorporate moisturizers.

Different types of cleansers have been developed for people with different skin types. Active cleansers are more suitable for oily skins to prevent breakouts. But they may over dry and irritate dry skin, this may make the skin appear and feel worse. Very dry skin may require a creamy lotion-type cleanser. These are normally too gentle to be effective on oily or even normal skin, but dry skin requires much less cleansing power. It may be a good idea to select a cleanser that is alcohol-free for use on dry, sensitive, or dehydrated skin.

Some cleansers may incorporate fragrance or essential oils. However, for some people, these cleansers may irritate the skin and often provoke allergic responses. People with such sensitivity should find cleansers that are pH-balanced cosmetic balanced, contain fewer irritants, suit many variegating skin types, and do not make the skin feel dehydrated directly after cleansing. Tight, uncomfortable skin is often dehydrated and may appear shiny after cleansing, even when no sebum is present. This is due to the tightening and 'stripping' effect some cleaners can have on the skin. One should discontinue use of a cleanser that upsets the balance of the skin; cleansers should work with the skin not against it. Finding the right cleanser can involve some trial-and-error.,

Foam, Wash, Cleanser, Bar, Oil, Cream, lotions, milks, mousses, wipes, And many more.......Some people use normal daily cleanser to remove makeup this is wrong, unless you use one that said makeup remover one, Oil-base cleansing are very Popular these day to remove makeup,

I would recommend ( personality thinking and thought)

Tips :

If you wearing makeup, first remove your makeup with Makeup remover cleansing then you can wash your face with your daily facial cleansing - why? only wash your face with normal daily cleansing won't remove you makeup, for better result first remove your makeup, also don't just remove your makeup only, you need to use daily skin care cleansing too,

many cleanser can't remove makeup completely especially around the eyes, so make sure you cleanse your eyes, - why? your eyes is the part your mostly wear a lot of makeup such as eyeliner, eyeshadow and many more.. you don't want all of that dirt and junk right?

Water-proof makeup and sunscreen - difficult to remover since it is water-proof just water and soap won't remove it, so try to find makeup remover that can remove water-proof makeup, try not to cleanse your face twice or more at once, the key is to find a right cleansing for you, not to cleanse your face hardly and harshly,

with proper way to cleanse you face make a big different -

1- use cool water splash your face to help constrict blood vessels ,
2 - use lukewarm water to open your pore,
3- wash your face with your facial cleansing,
4- rinse with cool water to close your pore -
5 - use a clean tower and pat your face,
you also can use facial sponge after you cleanse, but don't forget to change them! wash your face twice a day for best result, am and pm, remember to tie your hair back away from your face, while your clean your face try to massage, and take your time, try to repeat everyday make it as a routine, always remember to close your pore after washing your face, if you don't know what cleansing fit best for you skin then ask your doctor to recommend a product.

1 : Pull your hair back. If you’re washing your face at the sink, hold your hair back with an elastic or a headband. If you’re in the tub or shower, either rinse your hair back or put it in a cap. Remember to get bangs/fringes out of the way if you have any.
2 : Splash warm water all over your face. Warm water opens your pores and helps you clean deeper, so avoid using cold water if possible. (You might even want to let your face steam in the bath or shower for a few minutes.) Don't dry your face yet!
3 : Apply a cleanser or soap using gentle, circular motions. Spread all over the face gently, especially if you have acne; scrubbing hard will make it worse or even leave scars. Remember that you don't need a lot of product for a thorough
clean.
Facial scrubs contain tiny beads or particles that help rub away dead skin cells (i.e. exfoliate). This will make your face smoother and fresher looking while helping to unclog your pores.
To exfoliate with regular soap, use a face scrubber (a soft, knit piece of material) or facecloth. Gently rub it in circles over your skin as you did the soap. Don’t scrub hard or you will irritate the skin and encourage wrinkles.
4 : Thoroughly rinse away the soap. Splash your face repeatedly with water, rubbing gently with your hands after each splash. If it all does not come off, wet a cloth and rub your face gently to get the more obvious stuff off, then rinse again.
Rinse more than you think you need to. Soap residue will clog your pores, dry out your skin, and possibly even affect your skin’s natural pH. Leaving soap film on your face will make it dirtier than when you started.
Pay extra attention to your hairline, jawline, and anything that drips down your neck. It’s easy to neglect these spots while rinsing.
5 : With a soft, clean towel, gently pat your face dry. Try not to rub or pull at your skin, which encourages wrinkles.
6 : Apply an alcohol free toner with a cotton ball or pad.
7 : Apply moisturizer (optional). Doing this won’t make your face any cleaner, but it can enhance the wash by giving your face a healthy, glowing look.
If you have acne, choose a non-oily moisturizer. If necessary, make sure it won’t conflict with any anti-acne products you’re already using.
If you’ll be going outside, use a moisturizer that contains sunscreen, preferably with SPF 15 or 30.
