Acne is a skin condition that includes - pimple - blackheads - whitehead, is a problem that most often affects young people, but many people in their 40s & 50s still experience it, Sebum glands, hormones, genetics, in-proper skin care and stress can all make contribute to the skin problem, making breakout worse, you may not be able to completely eliminate acne, proper care can help to prevent acne breakout,

Here some step and tips would help to prevent acne, but not stop it once at all, first thing you have to know is - acne is a normal skin problem common with teenage and even adult so don't be embarrassed, skin care product can help you, but they don't play a big role, i do believe skin care can prevent acne and help you a lot, but you cannot just wait for your skin care to stop all  acne to come back, Lifestyle, Diet play a role too you know,

Some step may help to "Prevent" acne -1- Exercise regularly to increase circulation to your skin. Shower as soon as possible after every exercise session, as the sweat can build up and clog your pores. If you are unable to shower, wash your face thoroughly.2-Wash your face twice every day to prevent pimples, blackheads and whiteheads. Use a mild soap or facial cleanser and wash your face gently to avoid irritating your skin. Include your neck, back, shoulders and any other areas affected by acne. Don't wash too often, as excessive rubbing can make your acne worse.3-Use water-based skin care products and cosmetics or products marked "non-comedogenic," which means they won't clog your pores. Avoid skin care products that contain oils or lanolin. Replace your makeup regularly and avoid using old products. Use makeup sparingly and go without as often as you can. Remove your makeup before you go to bed.4-Protect your skin from sunlight using an oil-free sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher. Although sun exposure can help prevent acne outbreaks, it's important to protect your skin from the damaging rays of the sun. Avoid sunlight during the middle of the day, as too much exposure will burn your skin and exacerbate your acne.5-Pull your hair away from your face with a rubber band or a headband as often as possible if you have oily hair, as the oil from your hair will exacerbate your acne. Tying your hair up loosely at night will help to keep oily hair away from your skin while you sleep6-Eat nutritious foods that will keep you and your skin  \healthy. Eat a variety of whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and use sugar, fried foods, caffeine and highly-processed foods in moderation. Although foods don't cause outbreaks of acne, you should avoid any food if you think that food is making your acne worse.7-Drink plenty of water. At least 8 large glasses of water every day will keep your skin hydrated.8-Launder your towels every day. Wash your sheets and pillowcase at least once every week, although two to three times per week is better if you have oily hair or skin. Using soiled towels and pillowcases can transfer the acne-causing bacteria back to your skin.

Tips: Discuss your acne problem with your health care provider or a dermatologist if your acne gets worse, or if your skin becomes painful, itchy or inflamed. Your doctor may be able to prescribe a medication or medicated skin-care product that will help prevent acne breakouts.

Things You'll Need

Mild soap or facial cleanser    Water-based or non-comedogenic cosmetics and skin-care products    Oil-free sunscreen    Rubber bands or headbands   (easy right?)For young teen or preteen only use skin care facial cleanser, try to not use too much of skin care product when preteen, you don't need that much, but if you need to then just go with the "Easy 3-step" Cleansing - toner - Moisturize - easy 3 step is a basic skin care routine for teenage or even adult,

Always remember to Maintaining Hygiene, Whenever you touch your face, or washing your face, you don't want to wash your face with dirty hand right?? wash your hand first before touching your face, wash your face gently and with warm water. The heat will open your pores and the temperature is better suited to clean than cold water. Make sure your water is not too hot so you don't burn your skin. While there are many good skin care systems available, make sure you use the right face wash for your type of skin (oily, dry, combination or normal). Drier skin needs face wash that doesn't rob it completely of oil, while oily skin needs a stronger-than-usual formula to reduce oily, some cleansing are for oily skin or acne-free or even acne wash that comes with a formula best for oily, acne prone skin, also remember that not product are BEST, but they might work BEST on your skin but not others, so try to pick the right one for you,

Moisturize after each face wash. Moisturizing your skin is just as important as washing it. When you wash your face, you strip it of oils and moisture, and that's the point: those oils that clog your pores are no longer there to give you acne. But your skin is an organ, and it needs moisture. Help it replenish that moisture by moisturizing after each wash.Depending on your skin type, you may want to choose a different moisturizer:Oily skin: Choose a gel-based moisturizer. Gel-based moisturizers are usually better for oily-skin, as they provide essential moisture without overdoing it.Dry skin: Choose a cream-based moisturizer. Cream-based moisturizers are heavier and longer-lasting than gel-based ones. Doctors usually recommend these for skin that needs something a little more heavy-duty

Exfoliate once a week. Exfoliating means gently wiping off the outer layer of the skin (called the "epidermis") in order to help slough off dead skin and unclog pores. See if exfoliating once a week improves the complexion of your skin. You can buy a commercial exfoliating product, or you can make one on your own. Whatever you do, don't over-exfoliate. Exfoliating once a week is plenty. Exfoliate is very important to, but remember don't exfoliate to much it will make acne become worse,

Never go to sleep with makeup on. If you wear makeup, get into the habit of removing it before you go to bed. It's a hassle, for sure, but makeup that stays on your face can clog pores, leading to acne. If you know you're prone to leaving makeup on and you don't want to go through the hassle of washing your face, invest in some skin-cleaning wipes that you can use in a pinch.

Wash your pillowcases at the end of every week. The oils on your pillowcases can cause acne by spreading dirt, grime, and dead skin. Think about having two pairs of pillowcases that you can switch out at the end of each week so that you don't find yourself doing laundry every week.

Pay attention to your hair routine, especially if your skin is oily. How you treat your hair can have a big impact on acne, especially around your forehead. Your scalp releases natural oils to keep your hair lustrous. But too much oil in and around your scalp, while healthy for your hair, can be dangerous for your skin. For this reason, wash your hair at least every other day. Try to strike a good balance between healthy hair and healthy skin.Watch out about applying too much product in your hair. Gels, mousses, and sprays can get into the pores of your skin, clog them, and create pimples. Be selective about how much product your put into your hair, especially if you have acne around your forehead.

like i say diet play a role too so,Drink a lot of water! Yes, water is very important to stay hydrated, Staying hydrated may help you maintain your clear skin. While there is conflicting scientific evidence supporting the claim that "water helps clear toxins out of your body," most scientist agree that drinking water is net-beneficial to your skin instead of net-neutral or net-negative. You don't need to necessarily drink eight glasses of water per day, but drink enough to replenish what you might have lost in exercise, and drink when you are thirsty.

Eat healthy, like veg and fruit, and vitamin, zinc, and Omega, also can change a big difference to your skin, "What you eat, what your face will be or become" mean - For example : If you eat Veg and fruit they are good food that you will see on your face soon, but if you eat junk food or even oily food you properly will have that kind of face, but this not mean you cannot eat you favorite food any more, this mean you need a balance diet more good food you eat more your face will improve, that;s all, and stay away from alcohol and smoking, of cause that if you do such thing your face will show you, for me my face is a mirror so what i eat and do, my face will show me,

remember to sleep a lot, and exercise, it help to cut down on stress,

try using acne product that help prevent acne,

benzoyl peroxide, Benzoyl peroxide is used to kill the bacteria that cause acne. Benzoyl peroxide comes in different concentrations, but studies show that benzoyl peroxide with a 2.5% concentration is just as effective as 5-10% solutions while being less irritating to the skin. Additionally, benzoyl peroxide helps peel away layers of dead skin on the epidermis, leaving brighter, more rejuvenated skin in its place.

Use salicylic acid. Like benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid kills bacteria responsible for pimple growth. It also causes skin cells to shed more rapidly, promoting the growth of new skin. Put small amounts of salicylic acid onto affected areas before you go asleep, after you have washed your face.

Consider using tea tree oil. While this isn't specifically bottled for acne, it's nonetheless a very effective home remedy. Tea tree oil has anti-inflammatory properties that can make the redness and size of pimples less noticeable. In one study, tea tree oil proved to be just as effective as benzoyl peroxide in reducing inflamed lesions of acne patients.Because tea tree oil is very strong, dilute it first in a little bit of water before applying to the skin with a Q-Tip or similar instrument. Too much tea tree oil may irritate skin.

If things get serious, consult your doctor. A dermatologist is trained to spot and treat skin disorders. The doctor may recommend a prescription containing clindamycin phosphate or benzoyl peroxide, both very popular acne deterrents. Prescription strength medicines are often much stronger than solutions you can buy over the counter.

last is lifestyle, you don't need to be rich or fancy house or anything (but this also help) just try your best to be clean, try not to live at place with many cars smoke/gas, and try not to stay close to the sun for to long, eat healthy, beauty sleep, good skin care routine, and many more you can put this in your lifestyle, as long you put this step in your lifestyle you will see your skin improve much better, Last Tips : You can't STOP it like "Forever" or anything, But you CAN help it, there's a lot of way to help your problem no matter what it is, you can CONTROL it, You have to power to control you skin, you may think you don't have what it's take, but if you put simply step in your lifestyle, and willing to try, and believe, you can do anything.. trust me, nobody is PERFECT, that mean nobody have PERFECT SKIN to, as long you can control it you already beautiful ~
